RATE SCHEDULE

There are many different ways The Marketing Edge is a marketing company that can help build your business. Call it consulting, advising, coaching, directing or managing – the end result is the same: by contracting the help of a knowledgeable marketing consultant, a business can increase their rate of return from marketing efforts.

The Marketing Edge offers the services of Karen Hope and other subcontractors at hourly rates.  The hourly rate reduces when blocks of PRE-PAID BLOCKS OF TIME are purchased.

We are being VERY UPFRONT about the cost of doing business.  We want to demonstrate that we are a BUDGET-FRIENDLY company willing to reduce rates for companies who are willing to pre-plan and pre-book time from The Marketing Edge.

TYPES OF SERVICES:

• Marketing Consultation – Assist with marketing decisions and implementation of tasks.  Act like a coach or external Marketing Director.
• Brainstorming Sessions - Need to bounce your ideas off someone?  Book a one hour consultation!  Brainstorming sessions can also be held at your office with your team using a white board to brainstorm ideas.
• Website Navigation Guide and Creative Concept - A website needs to be planned before going to design.  We can develop the site navigation and home page concept and copy.
• Creative Development – Copy writing, developing concepts for marketing pieces, graphic design for any marketing piece
• Project Management – Overseeing the development and implementation of marketing programs, events, promotions etc
• Press Releases – Develop lists, write releases, distribute and follow up
• Event Planning/Trade shows – Coordinate and organizing skills for your event
• Marketing Plans– Write plans based on your marketing budget that will guide your activity for one year.
• Recruiting – Help find the right marketing employee or consultant for your business
• Video scripts and animoto production - Write video scripts. Produce using animoto.com.  Upload to website and Youtube.com

MEETINGS can be conducted in the following ways:

Telephone – No charge for North America phone calls
Skype – Face to Face Skype interviews. Valid for clients with Skype cameras only
In-person – Local meetings at the client's office or location of client choice if located in Calgary, Alberta
Desktop Virtual Meeting – Desktop meetings, using power-point presentations can be conducted. (Where applicable)

PRE-PAID BLOCKS OF TIME:

Pre-paid marketing services time allows you to pay lower rates. The Marketing Edge will track hours spent and submit a final report on work performed. When working on a client’s behalf, time will be recorded and performed in hourly increments.

TERMS:

Time can be banked for up to six months. Time can be invested into any type of
marketing service listed under consultation /project management services and coaching. Final reports on time will be submitted upon completion of the contract.

On-line and phone meetings can be pre-paid through Paypal or on your credit card. Cheques will be accepted if they are sent in advance of arranged meeting or consultant times. Prices are in Canadian Dollars. Add GST to all Canadian contracts.
